Sales Specialist - Specialty Pharmacy

Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Specialist to join a growing specialty pharmacy organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing provider relationships, driving prescription referrals, and expanding market presence within assigned territories. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with healthcare sales experience who understands the nuances of specialty medications and patient-centric care. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers to drive prescription referrals Educate providers and staff on specialty pharmacy services, treatment options, and patient support programs Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and referral targets Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups with key stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams (pharmacists, patient services, reimbursement specialists) to ensure seamless patient onboarding Stay informed on industry trends, therapeutic areas, and competitive landscape Track activity and performance using CRM tools and provide regular reporting Qualifications 2+ years of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or specialty pharmacy sales experience preferred Must have a book of business in any disease state Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and decision-makers Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr SM Staffing
