Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse populations, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies tailored specifically to client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, fostering an environment of integrated support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with individuals and families who face significant barriers to accessing mental health resources. Our clientele includes those dealing with trauma, substance misuse, relationship challenges, and various emotional difficulties. Your work will directly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes through targeted interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• Hold either a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possess an active and unrestricted professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in counseling for a minimum of two years, preferably within a clinical setting.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Familiarity with EMR software and a strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
