Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients diagnosed with mental illness or experiencing severe emotional distress, employing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings that are developmentally appropriate, ensuring accurate and timely identification of client needs and progress.

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and recovery goals, collaborating with clients and their families.

• Participate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to treatment discussions, care coordination, and case management efforts.

• Oversee a manageable caseload, facilitating timely client meetings and adherence to admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies and support clients who exhibit acute distress, implementing appropriate de-escalation techniques.

• Ensure the completion of clinical documentation, reports, and data submissions in a timely manner to maintain compliance and quality standards.

• Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives, participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bridge To Recovery Institute offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
