Finance Manager, Technology FP&A (In-Office Only 1 day/week), 140K-150K

Hybrid (In office ONLY 1 day per week)-Tons of flexibility Opportunity to work for a Progressive company that embraces innovation We are seeking a strategic Manager of FP&A-Tech to serve as the finance business partner supporting Technology and IT leadership. This role will lead financial planning, forecasting, investment analysis, and decision support for technology organizations while helping ensure spending aligns with business strategy, operational priorities, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate combines strong FP&A expertise with experience supporting technology organizations and is comfortable translating complex technical investments into meaningful financial insights for executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for Technology and Digital organizations. Develop and maintain financial models supporting headcount planning, labor costs, cloud infrastructure, software investments, capital expenditures, and technology operating expenses. Partner with Technology leadership to evaluate investment priorities and optimize resource allocation. Analyze monthly financial performance and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior‑year results. Provide recommendations to improve spending efficiency while supporting key business and technology initiatives. Perform ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and cost‑benefit analyses to support strategic investment decisions. Monitor post‑implementation financial performance to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved. Prepare executive‑level presentations that communicate investment rationale, financial risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Technology teams to drive informed decision‑making. Establish and monitor KPIs and financial frameworks supporting technology investments. Drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy, financial reporting, and planning processes. Lead special projects and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Technology Finance. Experience supporting Technology, IT, Engineering, Product, or Digital organizations. Advanced financial modeling skills with experience building integrated financial models. Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning. Experience with financial planning and ERP systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of software capitalization and technology accounting principles preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate financial concepts for non‑financial stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
