Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Canby, ORPay: Earn up to $45.77/hr. through our structured wage progression, with built-in increases twice per year. Most new technicians start at $33.62/hr., with the opportunity to advance more quickly based on experience and performance in the technical interview.Weekly pay. Retention bonuses available.What We Offer:Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time in accordance with company policy or applicable agreementsCompetitive health, dental, vision, life, home/auto purchase benefit, and HAS options availableQuarterly bonus opportunity – up to 4% of annual payRetirement contribution & 401k with matchFitness reimbursement programFree employee battery programEmployee referral bonus programCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesJob Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and roboticsDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustmentsWork with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuitsMaintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logicWork with motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.)Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manualsOperate shop machines (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.) as neededPerform preventive maintenance to maximize uptimeAdhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and LOTO proceduresQualifications:Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsExperience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing settingAbility to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work ordersPLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not requiredCommitment to teamwork and safetyAdditional Information:Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background check and, where applicable, a drug screen.This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
