Roka Akor is seeking a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to join our culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in cooking with precision and consistency, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook menu items to Roka Akor standards.
Operate the robata grill and other kitchen stations with precision.
Ensure every dish is prepared consistently and presented beautifully.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Work closely with chefs and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Assist with prep work, stocking, and maintaining pars throughout service.

What We're Looking For

Previous grill or line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Passion for hospitality and great food.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fine dining or upscale casual experience is a plus but not required.
