Contracts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to review, negotiate, and manage service contracts with Federal Government and Commercial customers. This role oversees the full cradle-to-grave contract lifecycle , including negotiation, award, administration, and closeout. The ideal candidate is highly independent, skilled in navigating complex federal requirements, and able to interpret and negotiate contract terms, sponsor flow-downs, and regulatory obligations with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, negotiate, and administer federal and commercial service contracts Manage full lifecycle from contract origination through closeout Interpret federal flow-down clauses, sponsor requirements, and conflict-of-interest regulations Assess contract risk and recommend compliant solutions Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve contract issues Maintain complete and audit-ready contract files Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of professional procurement or contract administration experience Knowledge of federal, state, and local procurement laws and FAR/DFARS requirements Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance Preferred Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 10+ years in federal government contracting Certifications (CPCM, C.P.M., CPPO, PMP) Experience with technology or sponsored-program contracting TS/SCI clearance preferred Additional Requirements Background check required Completion of Form I-9 and eligibility verification Ability to lift 20-25 lbs; primarily desk-based role We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
