Teamlead Credit Collection

Description As an operational Team Lead Collections, you are not only responsible for the day-to-day management of the team, but you also actively participate in the operational debt collection process. You are the point of contact for complex cases, monitor the quality of follow-up and ensure that the team works with focus and energy every day. You combine leadership with a hands‑on mentality and contribute directly to improving cash flow and customer relations. Your Role And Responsibilities You will manage the credit collection team and coach and support them in their daily work. You will monitor the quality of the collection process and provide support in complex cases. You actively work on process improvements and implement optimisations. You analyse payment behaviour and initiate process improvements for KPIs such as DSO, ageing and dispute follow‑up. You are the point of contact for escalations and structural solutions. You maintain close contact with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to ensure cases are handled smoothly. What’s in it for you? Management experience or the ambition to take the next step. A hands‑on mindset: you roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team. Strong communication skills and a combination of customer focus and decisiveness. Analytical insight and affinity with KPIs and process improvement. You like structure, think in terms of solutions and know how to motivate people. Language skills: Dutch, French and English; German is a plus.
