Wellness Coordinator

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the first voice that many women hear when they take the courageous step toward therapy. Your role is to compassionately listen, support, and help match each client with the clinician who is the best fit for their needs. Easy access on Ken Pratt Blvd in Longmont, you will love coming to work at our clean modern office suites. What Youll DoServe as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and textListen with empathy and guide clients in selecting the best clinician for their needsSchedule and coordinate appointments using our client management systemsMaintain accurate client information and billing details in our electronic health systemsCommunicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately in all interactionsCollaborate with the Intake and Operations teams to ensure continuity of careUphold and follow HIPAA confidentiality standardsParticipate in weekly team meetings and ongoing trainingSupport the Longmont office, including property management and day-to-day operational needsWhat Makes You a Strong FitYou are warm, grounded, and confident on the phoneYou care deeply about womens emotional well-being and agencyYou can stay organized and focused while managing multiple tasksYou enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive teamYou are dependable, communicative, and proactiveQualifications 1) One of the following:2+ years of experience in healthcare or mental health intake, client coordination, or phone-based sales; orAn associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field 2) Proficiency with Google Workspace 3) Experience using EHR/EMR and CRM systemsNote: Previous experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or wellness intake setting is a plus!More details will be discussed during the initial interview.
