Responds to member requests and provides information by phone, email or in person.# How does this role make an impact?- Greets and welcomes members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Provides prompt, accurate and efficient service in the processing of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and cash advances.- Processes bulk coin, accesses safety deposit boxes and sells products, such as money orders, vehicle registration stickers, gift cards and postage stamps.- Maintains an accurate balance of cash and checks. Reconciles and negotiates foreign currency transactions.- Develops and maintains knowledge of a full range of credit union products and services in order to answer member questions and identify cross-sell opportunities.- Accesses, balances and reports ATM figures and processes incoming mail as needed.- May be cross trained to assist in other areas of the credit union such as new accounts and lending.# # Do you have what we're looking for?- This is an entry level support role, which does not require previous experience.- This job operates in a credit union environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, calculators, scanners and copy machines.- Regularly works daytime and Saturday hours with occasional overtime.- Ability to work full days at a 45” counter.- Ability to manage large amounts of coin (up to approximately 50 pounds).**Base Pay Range:**$31,600-$43,450The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
