Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical problems. Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed. Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff or relevant departments. Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Assist with user account management and system access. Monitor system performance and identify potential issues. Provide feedback to the product development team on common technical problems and user experiences. Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Support Agent or in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
