Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit Float Registered Nurse (RN) position in Minocqua, Wisconsin, involves providing specialized nursing care within the Medical Surgery (MS), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Intermediate Care (IMC) departments. This role requires experienced RNs capable of titrating drips and managing a diverse patient population, including ICU and pediatric cases, during 12-hour night shifts. The position is ideal for professionals with a minimum of two years of relevant experience and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, with start times at 7:00 PM and 7:30 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Licensure to submit; certifications in ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA); a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, including pediatric experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience with Pediatric experience is our preference.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, including coverage for Emergency Department, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and other units as needed.
• Additional Information: Every other holiday shift required; clinicians must clock in and out at the facility; previous employment with the organization must have an end date at least 6 months prior to submission.
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA).
• Experience: 2 years minimum relevant experience.
• EMR: Cerner system.
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts scheduled from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Submission Requirements: Must note if clinician has previously worked for the organization, with an end date at least 6 months prior to submission; must clock in and out at the facility.
