This role oversees staff, budgets, quality assurance, and operational efficiency across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry services.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementDirect all housekeeping functions, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundryEstablish and maintain cleanliness and quality standardsConduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with brand and company expectationsDevelop and implement departmental procedures and service standardsLeadership & Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, train, and supervise housekeeping team membersManage scheduling and staffing levels to align with occupancy and business needsCoach, mentor, and evaluate staff performancePromote a positive, engaged, and safety-focused work environmentGuest SatisfactionEnsure prompt resolution of guest requests and service issuesCollaborate with front office, engineering, and other departmentsMonitor and improve guest satisfaction and cleanliness scoresCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety standardsTrain staff on proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipmentMaintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocolsStrategic InitiativesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and service qualityImplement best practices and new technologiesSupport sustainability and cost-saving initiativesQualificationsEducation & Experience5–8+ years of progressive housekeeping or hospitality leadership experienceExperience managing large teams in a hotel or similar environmentSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesFinancial and budget management experienceStrong attention to detail and quality standardsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsWorking ConditionsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysFrequent walking, standing, and occasional liftingFast-paced hospitality environmentKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Guest satisfaction and cleanliness scoresLabor cost managementStaff retention and engagementInspection and quality audit resultsCompensation: $85,000 - $100,000Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
