Our motto is It Takes All of Us to End Homelessness.Maintenance Technician III is a senior-level technician responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of complex equipment and facility systems. This role serves as a technical leader within the maintenance department and may provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.Job responsibilities include leading advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems; performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities; analyzing equipment performance and recommending process or reliability improvements; installing, calibrating, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems; reading and interpreting advanced electrical schematics, PLC logic, and technical drawings; supporting capital projects, equipment upgrades, and root cause analysis initiatives; training and mentoring Maintenance Technician I and II employees; ensuring all work is completed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; and assisting with maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED required, an associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent advanced training preferred, 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, automation, motors, drives, hydraulics, and plumbing, experience with CMMS systems and advanced troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to lead projects and mentor team members.Skills and competencies include advanced diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, leadership and mentoring skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent communication and collaboration, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments, and availability for overtime, emergency call-ins, and rotating schedules as needed.Employee benefits include 401k and EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
