Executive Chef

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chef to join our team and oversee our kitchen operations. The Chef will be responsible for planning and directing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of meals are served to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the brand and concept of the restaurant
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, and other team members
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions
