Details Work in a 16-bed PACU unit within a hospital setting Patient ratio of 1:2 Unit is staffed by RNs only, with no unit secretary or tech support Uses bedside monitors and a-lines Documentation via Meditech 12-hour shifts scheduled from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with call rotations No floating required Anesthesia leads intubation procedures performed on the unit Requirements Active TN or compact RN license required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required CCRN and CAPA certifications preferred Minimum of 1 year of ICU/PACU experience required ICU skill set required No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical and anesthesia procedures Team known for strong teamwork and collaboration Navy blue scrubs required as uniform Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position First-time travelers may be considered American Traveler Job ID P-729488.
