Direct Support Professional (DSP) Eugene/Springfield, OR

What You'll Do:
Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals with IDD
Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and routines
Support community participation and social connections
Help individuals succeed in employment and skill-building activities
Promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy
What We're Looking For:
Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for supporting others and fostering independence
