About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The CFO will be a strategic and passionate leader with a strong background in financial management, particularly in educational or non-profit settings. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial health, integrity, and long-term sustainability of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial management, business office operations, human resources, and legal and compliance functions. They will work closely with the Head of School, sit on the leadership team, and serve as a liaison to the Board of Trustees, supporting various initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a CPA strongly preferred. A strong track record in financial management, a solid understanding of HR management, and extensive experience in handling legal matters are essential. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as effective management abilities. The CFO will also be expected to have technology competencies, including insights into the use of software and AI for creating efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic leader, capable of driving the company's financial strategy and contributing to its overall success.
