Experience:

A minimum of two years of hospital experience is essential. Proficiency with computer systems is also required.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient education programs by developing, individualizing, and revising teaching plans based on evidence-based practice and nursing standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' readiness and ability to learn, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse needs and stages of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Safety & Quality:

Promote safe practices including fall prevention, medication safety, and infection control. Utilize safety protocols and participate in reporting and reducing errors through proactive measures.
