- Previous Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or comparable kitchen leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food quality, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Experience managing food costs, labor, inventory, ordering, and waste
- Ability to lead a high-volume kitchen while maintaining consistency and quality
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High-volume scratch-kitchen experience is a major plus
