Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will: Provide therapeutic services to couples and families, facilitating sessions that may include both joint and individual counseling. Assess and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders using established therapeutic methods and practices. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs, including issues related to alcohol abuse, grief, job stress, medical issues, and family dynamics. Work closely with clients to enhance communication skills, conflict resolution, and relationship building across family members. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with organizational standards and regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients, consistently maintaining a patient-centered approach. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will touch the lives of various patients, including adults, children, and adolescents experiencing a broad spectrum of challenges. Areas of focus may include: Alcohol and substance abuse. Effects of physical and psychological abuse. Grief and loss support. Family conflict resolution. Adjustment issues related to divorce or separation. Challenges faced by blended families. Mother/daughter relational dynamics. Improving communication within families. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence. Preferred Experience While recent graduates are welcome, candidates with experience in various therapeutic modalities and with a diverse range of client issues will be highly regarded. A background in teletherapy is advantageous, as our practice embraces flexibility in service delivery. Compensation and Benefits The compensation package for this role includes: A competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, with unlimited earning potential based on patient volume.
