Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health and social needs, including the collection of comprehensive personal histories, current challenges, and symptomatology, aiding in accurate diagnoses.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to help clients navigate their unique mental health journeys.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific goals and intervention strategies, continuously reviewing and adjusting these plans to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Advocate for clients' access to essential resources such as healthcare services, social support, and financial assistance, serving as a trusted intermediary with external agencies.

• Document all interactions meticulously to maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal standards and facilitating effective communication with other professionals involved in multidisciplinary care.

• Provide crisis intervention and participate in support group facilitation while staying current with developments in mental health research to integrate best practices into your work.

Qualifications\n
