Commis Chef

We are recruiting Commis Chefs for placement with leading cruise lines. This is an entry‑level culinary role where you will support senior chefs in preparing meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and learning international cuisine in a fast‑paced galley environment. Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation across different sections of the galley; Follow recipes and portion guidelines; Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen; Support Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations; Comply with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/USPH); Requirements: Previous cruise ship experience preferred (minimum 1 contract); Culinary training or professional kitchen experience (hotel/resort acceptable); Ability to work in a multicultural, high‑pressure environment; Team player with a positive attitude; Benefits: Competitive salary and contract terms (set by cruise line); Accommodation and meals provided onboard; International travel opportunities; Career growth within the cruise line culinary hierarchy;
