Working remotely as a full-time Sales Agent, the professional will assist guests in planning their dream vacations by selling travel products and services, managing inbound calls from consumers and Travel Advisors, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Key responsibilities Apply professional sales techniques to promote and sell cruises and Cruise Tours Provide superior customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues related to reservations Meet sales and performance metrics while adhering to department quality assurance guidelines Required qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems Ability to work independently in a remote environment Availability to work specified hours, including weekends as required
