Inside Sales Agent

Focusing on innovative account management strategies, the full-time Inside Sales and Member Experience Agent will enhance member engagement and drive revenue growth through relationship management and consultative sales skills in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Create and manage domestic and international PNRs, profiles, and process refunds while selling airline ancillary services Utilize computer applications to manage and analyze large datasets, including creating reports and maintaining databases Conduct outreach sales calls to prospect for new members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices Required qualifications Experience in account management or sales support roles Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically SugarCRM Strong understanding of airline industry practices and revenue generation Ability to navigate and research information using standard internet protocols Familiarity with creating and managing various airline agreements and ticketing instructions
