We're seeking a driven and experienced Financial Advisor & Business Developer to join our client's expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven book of business, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients all while collaborating within a high-performance team. You'll benefit from operational support, equity opportunities, and access to senior-level resources to help you land and manage complex relationships. Build and manage your personal book of business, with a focus on high-net-worth (HNW) clients Deliver comprehensive financial planning, portfolio analysis, and strategic investment recommendations Participate in strategic growth planning Work toward leading or establishing a branch office in a high-growth market 1-3 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor ~ Minimum 10 HNW clients ( ~$10+ financial plans completed in the past 12 months ~$25MM+ in current total Assets Under Management (AUM) ~ Strong understanding of industry trends and desire to grow within an equity-sharing model ~ Clear, confident communication skills and a passion for wealth management Competitive base salary + performance incentives Equity ownership opportunity after 6-12 months Full administrative and operational support; no need to manage the book alone Additional incentives for launching a branch office tied to revenue milestones Clear and attainable path to equity and firm ownership
