Production Technician I, Kiefel (7:00pm-7:00am)

Baxter seeks a Production Technician I to operate and maintain Kiefel machines on a night shift in Marion, North Carolina. The role involves machine operation, quality inspection, supply management, and documentation to support manufacturing of life-saving medical products.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust Kiefel machines using electrical control panels and manual adjustments
- Load production supplies and replenish materials at rates consistent with production needs
- Perform quality checks on finished products and identify deviations requiring corrective action
- Execute material changeovers and document information in manufacturing logs and systems
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and escalate safety, quality, or mechanical issues to supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years production technician or manufacturing experience
- Basic English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions with words and drawings
- Proficiency with calculators, measurement tools, and basic hand tools
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout shifts
Compensation: $48,048.00 annually
