Production Technician I, Kiefel (7:00am-7:00pm)

Baxter seeks a Production Technician I to operate and maintain Kiefel machines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves operating equipment, performing quality inspections, loading supplies, and documenting production data on a 7:00am-7:00pm shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Kiefel machines using HMI controls and make manual adjustments
- Load production supplies and replenish materials at rates consistent with production needs
- Perform scheduled quality checks and inspect finished products against standards
- Document production information in manufacturing logs and POMS system
- Identify and escalate inefficiencies, safety issues, or mechanical problems to supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years production technician or manufacturing experience
- Basic English communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to perform basic mathematics and use measurement tools
- Proficiency with hand tools, calipers, and snap gauges
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand and walk continuously
Compensation: $48,048 annually
