Production Technician I, Fill/Pouch (7:00pm-7:00am)

Baxter seeks a Production Technician I for overnight shift work in Marion, North Carolina, operating fill and pouch equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves equipment operation, quality checks, documentation, and cleanroom compliance to support life-saving drug product production.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust manual and automated filling equipment using HMI controls
- Perform scheduled quality checks, disposition product, and document deviations in manufacturing logs
- Set up, load, and replenish production supplies using powered industrial trucks
- Execute batch and code changes, perform cleaning activities, and maintain work area per 6S principles
- Escalate safety, quality, mechanical, or process issues to supervisor immediately
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Basic English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematics and use measurement tools
- Capacity to read and understand safety, quality, and work instructions
- Ability to lift, move, and work in cleanroom environments with PPE
- Willingness to work overnight shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
