Production Technician I, Kiefel (7:00pm-7:00am)

Baxter seeks a Production Technician I to operate and maintain Kiefel machinery, perform quality inspections, and manage production supplies on a night shift (7pm–7am) at its Marion, North Carolina facility. The role supports manufacturing of life-sustaining medical products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and adjust Kiefel machine using electrical control panel or manual controls
- Load and replenish production supplies at rates consistent with production demand
- Perform scheduled quality checks and inspect finished product against standards
- Document manufacturing information in logs and POMS system
- Maintain clean and safe work area using 6S principles; report safety and quality issues
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1–2 years production technician or manufacturing experience
- Basic English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and understand safety, quality, and work instructions
- Basic mathematics and proficiency with calculators and measurement tools
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; stand and walk continuously
Compensation: $48,048 annually
