The Hospital Authority invites applications for Executive Assistant I (Patient Relations) in the New Territories East Cluster. The role handles public inquiries, feedback and complaints, liaises with hospitals and complainants, drafts correspondence, and supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Patient Relations Office.
