Ambassador Success Specialist - First-Contact Resolver
Plexus Worldwide, LLC.
Plexus Worldwide, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Customer Service Representative to resolve issues for Ambassadors and drive first-time resolution. You will build strong cross-functional relationships, support business goals, and document all interactions with Plexus systems. Bilingual Spanish is a plus as you promote promotions and events to ambassadors. You will engage in complex issue handling, uphold service standards, and contribute to strategic service initiatives in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Plexus Worldwide, LLC.
