Operations Specialist

We are currently partnered with a leading investment management firm in New York that is looking to add an Operations Specialist to its team. This individual will play a key role in supporting trade support, reconciliations, settlements, and corporate actions across multiple asset classes. The position sits at the center of the investment process and offers exposure to portfolio managers, technology teams and other stakeholders. This candidate will have experience supporting the full trade life cycle within a hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank, or fund administrator and be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage trade support, reconciliations, and settlement activity across asset classes Oversee mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, including event processing and elections Investigate and resolve trade, cash, and position breaks Partner with technology and business teams to drive automation and process improvements Requirements: 4-7 years of middle office, trade support, or investment operations experience Experience supporting the full trade life cycle and post-trade processing Knowledge of corporate actions and asset servicing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Experience within an investment bank, hedge fund or asset management Schedule: This role is hybrid - in office 4 days a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
