Sr. Manager, Omnichannel Strategy & Digital Transformation - Foster City, CA

Senior Manager leading omnichannel corporate engagement strategy at Gilead Sciences. Owns content planning, execution, and performance across social, digital, and owned channels while directing creative agencies and interpreting campaign analytics to optimize brand narrative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate engagement strategy including content approach, publishing cadence, and channel mix across owned social platforms
• Manage corporate content calendar balancing planned narratives with real-time opportunities across all channels
• Write creative briefs, direct agency partners, and quality-control output for social and paid media campaigns
• Brief paid campaigns, quality-control placements for brand safety and compliance, and interpret cross-channel performance data
• Manage social listening program, translate insights into content opportunities, and escalate reputational risks to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years experience
• 5+ years corporate social media, digital communications, or channel management in regulated or reputation-sensitive environments
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of corporate or brand channels including planning, calendaring, execution, and performance measurement
• Working knowledge of paid media mechanics across social, search, programmatic display, and native advertising platforms
• Proficiency reading and interpreting digital performance metrics and cross-channel campaign analytics
• Ability to write creative briefs and quality-control agency output to established standards
• Social listening program management and reputational risk identification experience
