Senior Oncology Account Manager (Pennsylvania)

Immunome seeks a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales of varegacestat in Pennsylvania following its potential launch. The role focuses on building provider relationships, executing brand strategy locally, and supporting patient and physician engagement in the desmoid tumor community.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat aligned with national strategy
- Develop and execute territory business plan with priority accounts and call strategies
- Deliver clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers in compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and key opinion leaders
- Support educational activities and speaker programs while connecting providers to Medical Affairs
Requirements
- Proven track record in oncology or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Established relationships with oncologists, sarcoma specialists, or multidisciplinary care teams
- Ability to understand complex clinical data and communicate value-based selling messages
- Experience with CRM tools and territory business planning
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare provider engagement regulations and compliance requirements
