Senior Right of Way Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

ROW Specialist responsibilities include establishing and maintaining positive relations with landowners; negotiating agreements; enforcing land agreements; and collaborating with stakeholders to protect company assets. This role may require up to 40% travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary contact for establishing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and resolving disputes. Manage encroachments near company assets to protect them from damage and maintain rights. Interpret agreements and easements, enforce restrictions or rights, grant encroachment variances, and coordinate with field personnel, Legal and Management. Support project work by negotiating and securing pipeline rights‑of‑way, surface leases, easements, permits, and related agreements. Serve as support contact for Community Relations, compensation, and claims handling within the Incident Command Structure for Emergency Response efforts. Negotiate and issue damage payments with stakeholders. Provide consultative advice in developing Public Awareness information, policies, plans, and programs, and participate in presentations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Five (5) years of related pipeline or ROW experience. Valid driver's license.

539 S Main St, Findlay, Ohio (Additional locations: East Sparta, Ohio; Heath, Ohio; Lima, Ohio; Owensboro, Kentucky). Position is Full time, Regular.
