Location: Devens, MA 01434
Duration: 2 Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $21.26/hour
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Summary
is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector / Quality Auditor (Production Assistant) to perform in-process quality inspections, monitor production quality, and support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet quality standards, identify defects, and work closely with production teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process quality inspections and audits during production.
- Conduct quality measurements and verify product specifications.
- Complete and submit quality inspection reports accurately.
- Identify defects, process issues, and non-conforming materials.
- Notify production supervisors of quality concerns and assist in corrective actions.
- Help prevent defective products from reaching customers.
- Verify pre-start quality checks before production begins.
- Support machine operators with machine setup and production readiness.
- Assist with quality sorting, rework, and general production tasks as needed.
- Maintain compliance with quality procedures and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection.
- Understanding of quality control processes and manufacturing standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality auditing.
- Experience in corrugated packaging or paper manufacturing is a plus.
