Working Hours / Rota The role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with no overnight shifts, supporting a strong work-life balance. Specific hospital hours will be determined during the planning process, allowing input into the schedule. Role Description and Responsibilities This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical care such as wellness and preventative services, diagnostics, treatment of illnesses and injuries, and surgical procedures. In addition to clinical duties, the role involves leading the development of the hospital, shaping its culture, and maintaining medical autonomy while building a collaborative and innovative practice environment. Practice Details The hospital will be a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to deliver high-quality veterinary care. It will be supported by modern infrastructure, advanced technology, and full operational and business support, allowing focus on clinical excellence.
