About the Role
As the Administrator, you'll oversee the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring excellence in patient care, compliance, and staff development. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients, staff, and the community.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations of the hospital and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state behavioral health regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and operational plans.
- Mentor and support staff to foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Drive growth by identifying opportunities for new programs and community partnerships.
- Represent the hospital to stakeholders, referral sources, and the local community.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of inpatient behavioral health operations and regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and improve patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Salary: $80k-$95k salary + benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: Cleveland Heights, Ohio
