Job Overview: The Product Information Associate III supports customers, distributors and the outside sales team by providing accurate, timely and quality work. Job Requirements: Prompt handling of all customer service requests, including but not limited to quotes, technical product information, application questions, and customer contract resolutions. Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and derive market intelligence. Ensure timely responses to customers. Work with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to resolve questions on orders including but not limited to pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms, and part numbers. Work with team members to meet customer's needs. What your background should look like: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High School, vocational training or equivalent is preferred. 2 or more years of related work experience. Electrical or industry related experience is desired. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus. Physical Requirements: Position requires sitting for extended periods, bending, walking, talking, and arm and finger movement. Work Environment: Work performed in an office environment.
