You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. You will maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay.

Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. You must be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. You must be people-oriented, have organizational skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving, dedicated to customer service, able to learn computer functions, and able to conduct interviews in the office. You must also be able to effectively relate to a customer and obtain a Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in 4700 W Elms Rd, Killeen TX. 76549. Our office is open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, off on holidays and weekends. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
