Our client in Watchung, NJ is seeking a Direct Hire Family Law Attorney.
This position can be fully onsite, hybrid or fully remote for the ideal candidate.Salary: 100-135K
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a robust caseload of family law and divorce files from inception through resolution.
- Appear in court, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and confidently handle depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing empathetic guidance and strategic counsel.
- Maintain a manageable and standard billable requirement of 1,800 hours per year.
Requirements:
- Must have over 3 years of strong family law and divorce litigation experience.
- Ability to bill 1800 hours a year.
- Must be barred in the state of NJ.
- Must be able to handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
