Job Full Description We are currently conducting a Direct Hire search for an entry to mid - level HR Generalist to join the team of our client, a manufacturing company in the Madison area. We are ideally seeking candidates with 2-5 years experience. The HR Generalist will focus on:

- FMLA and Leave administration
- Hourly Recruitment & Onboarding
- Processing system transfer, new hires, terms and conducting exit interviews
- Main point of contact for manufacturing employees questions
- Planning employee engagement initiatives
- Ad hoc admin tasks
- Growth into other tasks such as discipline approvals, investigations, grievances, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree for consideration for Generalist level. Candidates with Associate's Degree would be considered for an HR Coordinator level
- 2-5 years of HR related work experience preferred, but recent graduates with HR internship experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience working for a manufacturing company ideal
- Ability to handle the fast-paced and high demand work load of HR within manufacturing
- Interest in growth in an HR career
