HIGHLIGHTS 80-bed Joint Commission-certified Inpatient Rehab Facility Certified in Stroke Rehab, Brain Injury Rehab, and Pulmonary Rehab Neuro-focused position - Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, Parkinson's, MS, etc Main referral center for Level I Trauma Center - high-level acuity caseload Some orthopedic cases, including hip fractures, polytrauma, multi-fractures, amputees, etc 5-8's with a 1-hour lunch break and a flexible schedule All patient care is 1:1, Evals and Treats last 60 to 90 minutes See 5-6 patients a day - 1 hour blocked out for documentation 3-month mentorship and training program available to new hires under the guidance of an experienced and certified Lead OT. In this setting, you will work 1:1 with patients and will never be required to do group therapy. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire, and they have a Senior OT with over a decade of Neuro Acute and Inpatient Rehab experience.
