Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives.

Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' physical abilities and daily activities.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Team up with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses for comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

Guide Patients and Families: Provide education and support to patients and their loved ones on strategies that promote progress outside the clinical setting.

Document clinical results and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.

Creativity in adapting therapy plans to meet diverse patient needs.
