This role requires a balance of short-term delivery and long-term investment in people and architecture. We look for leaders who are "system thinkers" - individuals who can navigate technical complexity while maintaining an empathetic approach to team leadership.What you’ll do as a Senior Engineering Manager:Manage 1–2 teams (approx. 4–10 engineers total). The reasonably estimated total cash compensation (base + variable) range for this full-time position will be $163,125 - $202,500.Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to: job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location.
