This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable balancing customer interactions, scheduling, and administrative tasks throughout the day.

Compensation & Perks

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Scheduling Requirements: Availability for a flexible schedule is important, including evenings and weekends when customer demand is highest.

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or a related industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Team-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and other business-need shifts

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for guests, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience and supporting daily shop operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing professional customer service
• Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Explaining services, products, and promotions
• Recommending products and services when appropriate
• Processing guest transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating messages to team members
• Assisting with general front desk organization and cleanliness
