Branch Manager - Central Market -Houston, TX

Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments. Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust. Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry. You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment and demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies. You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved. You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills You have a college degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement You will successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. You will need to be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state. Dodd Frank and Safe Act This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorgan Chase’s review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through the NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Your continued employment would be contingent upon compliance with the Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements. The position also requires National Mortgage Licensing System registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment you will be required to register on NMLS or update your existing registration to grant access and reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Your continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date, and timely completion of annual renewal and required updates.
