You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience. You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills You have a college degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirement You will successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. You will need to be able to travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some travel may be out‑of‑state. Any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. The position also requires National Mortgage Licensing System registration under the SAFE Act of 2008.
