Personal Assistant to Private Individual A confidential individual is seeking an experienced and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide top-tier personal and professional support. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in similar roles, thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. You must have your own vehicle to run errands, and miles will be reimbursed. You can expect to work a standard 8-hour day and plenty of overtime in the evenings and Saturdays. There will be no work on Sundays. Client is based in Malibu, and most of the job will take place there or in Calabasas. Key Responsibilities: Manage an intricate calendar of professional and personal commitments, including appointments, meetings, studio sessions, travel, and events. Provide timely updates and reminders. Coordinate all aspects of travel, including packing, unpacking, itinerary planning, and ensuring a seamless experience while traveling with the artist. Handle errands, grocery shopping, online orders, wardrobe maintenance, and oversee household staff coordination. Ensure the home runs smoothly and remains well-stocked. Work with stylists and other professionals to organize outfits and accessories for events and public appearances. Act as the primary liaison with the management team, ensuring seamless communication and updates. Manage correspondence and assist with projects as needed. Provide transportation to and from appointments, events, and engagements as required. Requirements: At least 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant. Proven ability to handle demanding schedules and anticipate needs. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Professional, discreet, and polished demeanor, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools for scheduling and communication. Availability to work long hours, including weekends, and travel as needed. Thick skin and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own personal vehicle that is suitable for work errands. The principal will provide a car when you are driving them. Travel opportunities domestically and internationally. Compensation: This is an hourly position; total compensation after overtime can go up to $125k/year. Additional stipends towards medical benefits will be provided. All miles reimbursed.
