Personal Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a high-profile recording artist with a dynamic career spanning music, business ventures, and personal commitments. Based primarily in Malibu, this role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. The Personal Assistant will serve as the principal's primary administrative partner, managing day-to-day logistics, complex scheduling, travel coordination, and cross-functional communication across multiple teams. This individual must be comfortable juggling shifting priorities, anticipating needs before they arise, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail under pressure. Key Responsibilities Manage an ever-changing personal and professional calendar across multiple time zones. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including frequent travel between Los Angeles and New York. Serve as the central point of communication between the principal and internal/external partners. Coordinate schedules and logistics with wardrobe stylists, glam teams, beauty brand partners, household staff, vendors, and management. Oversee appointments, reservations, personal errands, gifting, and day-to-day lifestyle management. Ensure seamless execution of meetings, events, appearances, and travel itineraries. Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding action items, and proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts. Maintain absolute confidentiality while handling highly sensitive personal and business matters. Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and remain calm when priorities change with little notice. Provide occasional on-site support during travel or special projects as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of Personal Assistant experience, ideally supporting high-profile executives, entertainers, or public figures. Prior experience within the music industry strongly preferred; experience supporting an A-list artist is highly desirable. Based in the Los Angeles area with flexibility to travel to New York when required. Exceptional calendar management skills and confidence working across multiple time zones. Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of executing flawlessly. Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal direction. Thick skin, emotional maturity, and the ability to perform well in high-pressure environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and composure. Tech-savvy and proficient with modern productivity tools and scheduling platforms.
